The public defender through a series of podcast aims to engage Jamaican Citizens in a civil, yet spirited, dialogue about the critical public policy issues of our time, and to galvanize support for a renewed commitment to civic education.

“Know Your Rights” seeks to educate Jamaicans on a variety of legal, social, or ethical principles of freedom or entitlement.  The goal is to empower listeners by increasing their core knowledge.
